Field access locked behind a paid tier
Some free plans make scanning or reading a paid feature. In Tegis, readers are never seats: technicians, operators, and affected employees all cost nothing.
Exports that are not audit-ready
Watermarked or stripped-down PDFs do not survive a review. The free tier exports the full per-asset PDF with energy sources, photos, and the QR code.

Do we have to buy QR stickers to use the software?

Why is the software free?
